…. Hit the 10lb mark today with my weigh-in!! I also had my 3 month immunisations yesterday, and although I got a bit dramatic with the screaming when the needles went in, I managed to pull it together shortly afterwards and impressed all parties with my exemplary behaviour.
(Side note: I see Dr P who has been Mummy’s doctor since she was 5 months old. His exact words were (as I recall) “Savanna is a perfect specimen!”)
Very excited about my first big trip planned for Easter. I am going to see Great Grandma at Okiwi Bay! Bryce and Kris, Sarah and Greg, Ash, Aunty Penny and Uncle John are going too. My Great Great Granny had her holiday bach at Okiwi Bay and it has been in the family ever since. There will be four generations of girls there so plenty of photo opportunities…be sure to stay tuned!
The Outreach Nurse (neonatal unit nurse) made her last visit on Thursday and now Plunket takes over. Still making great weight gains weighing in at 3920gm. Seeing the Pediatric team at the hospital on 5th Feb. Didn’t get head and length done but on 17th Dec head circumference was 32.8 and length was 45. I have now grown out of my prem size clothes and am wearing new born size – very exciting. I will be 12 weeks old next week!
It was all glitz and glamour for my first Christmas, with numerous outfit changes and photo opportunities throughout the day (albeit my being alseep for most of it).
My first Christmas is turning out to be a cracker! The Santa’s Little Helper outfit is definitely a winner…the masses are queued back to the front door just to have a hold!
